What we collect
When you call, text, or email us, we receive the contact information you choose to share (name, phone, email, property address, project details) and use it only to respond, quote, schedule, and perform the work.
The estimate form
When you submit the "Send request" form, the details you enter (name, phone, email, service area, property address, and project description) are sent to us as an email so we can respond to your request. Submissions are delivered through Cloudflare, our website infrastructure provider, and are not stored in any database on this site or used for anything other than responding to you.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses two measurement tools: Google Ads conversion tracking (a Google tag that may set cookies to tell us when a visit from one of our ads leads to a call) and CallRail call tracking (which may display a different tracking phone number per visitor and set cookies so we know which page or ad led to a call, and which routes calls and texts to our business line). Both are used only to measure and improve our own advertising; see Google's privacy policy and CallRail's privacy policy. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, timestamps) for security and operations.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you call or text us, we may reply by SMS to answer questions, provide estimates, and schedule or confirm appointments. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except as required to deliver the messages (our SMS provider) or by law.
We respect your privacy. We use information you provide to send and respond to your mobile messages. This includes sharing it with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who help us deliver messages. We won't share mobile information with third parties for marketing. We may disclose information to satisfy legal, regulatory, or governmental requests, avoid liability, or protect our rights or property. This section applies to your use of our text message service and doesn't modify the rest of this privacy policy, which governs our relationship with you in other contexts. What we never do
- Sell or rent your contact information
- Share project details or property information except as needed to perform the work (e.g., permits, suppliers)
- Send marketing you didn't ask for
